39 Weeks Today.....

and nothing!!!

*sigh*

My baby likes to drive me crazy. I've been waiting patiently. Well, Chris came home feeling sick last night and had just a small fever so I guess it's good that she's staying in longer. We need Daddy to be healthy so she doesn't get sick. Also, we don't want him to be so exhausted. I'd hate for him to be sick and have a newborn :( That wouldn't be fair. My goal for the room to be done has come and gone several times LOL, but the room is looking very good. My Mom has been a huge help even though I try to distract her so she's not cleaning so much. I hate being so useless. The livingroom actually looks like a livingroom again, except for the dresser and big box holding the changing table, everything else is in place. The car has been washed and cleaned, carseat is in, but not installed, stroller is in the trunk, and my "caution: baby inside" sign is up :D I was going to wait to put that up, but she IS in there all the time, hehe! My room is almost ready. Well, her bassinet is ready to go. I had to exchange my playpen because one side broke :/ but Mom and I are putting up the new one today. I think my room will be today's goal. Only have to box some stuff, vacuum, and move the dresser. There is still a lot to do :( But as long as she has somewhere to sleep, food, and a clean butt I really don't think she will care about the rest of the house :)

* OK my little girl! Mommy and Daddy are waiting, but I still want you to take your time. Your Nina Erika is planning to come next week, so we will see tomorrow what the doc says. If you want extra time, we will tell Nina to hold off and go visit Mommy's Nina instead because she has been very sick

Boooo!!! I thought today was going to be the day, but my little girl was just teasing me :)
Around 3 pm I started getting contractions every ten mins, about one minute long, but just when I was going to hit one hour they stopped! Ugh! I was like "alright! here we go!", but no, just practice LOL Well, hopefully that means we are getting closer to her birth day!!! I was so excited though LOL and so was my Mom. She said she didn't know how I could be so calm and she wanted us to go home because she was nervous(we were eating pizza with Chris). I said "no way, if she is coming they won't let me eat at the hospital" LOL
*Come on Baby!!!! I want to see the beautiful little angel Daddy and I created!!! The suspense is KILLING me!!! LOL
