Pumpkin Patch

Chris, Gillian, and I went to a pumpkin patch last week and bought Gillian her first pumpkin :) It was fifty cents :) Poor baby was sleeping when we got there so she was a little sleepy when we started taking pictures, but then she got excited, looking at and feeling all the different pumpkins. She's such a smiley baby! I love that I can say "1, 2, 3, cheeeeese" and she smiles. I'm sure she's just laughing at the silly way I'm saying it, but she looks too cute in her pictures :) We sat her on everything we could find. My favorite were the little chairs and the big pumpkins! Here are her pictures! :D

By the way....

*Gillian, you did great at the doctor's office when you got your shots. Not so great when you got your ears pierced. I didn't think it would be so bad, but when you let out your first scream, my heart shattered into a million pieces :( It was too late to stop so I told them to hurry up and do the other side. Your cry was so heartbreaking, I couldn't handle it. You were trembling and crying for like 10 minutes. I can still hear it and the image of your sad little face with soaked eyes is forever burned into my brain. I feel bad for Daddy, I was holding you so he saw your expression when they did it. OH MONKEY, I am SOOOO sorry :(  I honestly didn't think it would be that bad, I held you and kissed you over and over again. It wasn't until we started walking around the store that you got distracted and calmed down. I promise I will never hurt you like that again. It has been a little over a week since we did it and I still don't feel better about it. I may sound crazy, but I still get teary eyed when I think about it. I feel like such a bad mom, but Daddy is right. It's done and over with and "your ears didn't fall off" :) I love you so much Gillybean and I'm so sorry I made you go through that. But you are ok now, as a matter of fact your ears didn't bother you too much later that day. But I still feel like a jerk. I love you baby, I ♥ you, I ♥ you, I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you!!!!!

Trip to the Duck Pond, quack quack!
